Surprised? I was when I realized that. Having grown up with Butterscotch pudding as a staple in the house I fall under the fifty-seven percent of the population that like it. Butterscotch is made from simple ingredients, butter and brown sugar. It is rising on many restaurants&#8217; menus, however it is still only available on approximately four percent of menus today.
