On the one hand, if reviews are good it can generate more business. On the other, a bad review can not only potentially push customers away, but seriously impact employee confidence.<\/p>\n<p>This article from Shiftgig describes a few ways you can help your staff recover from a bad review. First off, realize that one or two bad reviews don&#8217;t matter much in the big picture. You could have done everything well, but that particular critic was having a bad day and just wanted to write something negative.<\/p>\n<p>However, it&#8217;s a good idea to get the crew together and discuss the review. Maybe the critic had a few good points and you could use them to improve.
