What makes a restaurant great? Is it the delicious food it offers, the atmosphere provided, and good customer service? I think it’s a combination of these things and more, but developing a relationship with regular customers has big benefits. Then there are those who go out of their way to make a diner’s experience the best it can be.<\/p>\n

Recently a Qdoba Mexican Grill in Louisville, KY was the scene of a heartwarming act of kindness. A disabled customer, a regular of the restaurant, came in for her favorite meal. Ridge Quarles, an employee of the restaurant for over five years, helped the diner get seated with her meal.<\/p>\n

When he asked if there was anything else she needed, and she asked if he would help her eat. Quarles didn’t hesitate for a moment. A customer recorded the kind act, which you can see by following the link below.<\/p>\n

The video has gone viral, providing incredibly positive publicity for Qdoba. Treat your staff and customers well, and you will be rewarded!<\/p>\n
