California AB 1825 Law - Sexual Harassment Prevention Training
NEW LAW! California AB 1825, recently amended by SB 1343, makes it mandatory for all businesses with 5 or more employees to provide sexual harassment prevention training to both supervisory and non-supervisory employees.
Employers must be compliant by January 1st, 2021.
