    The screen is frozen. I can't click the next button or do anything.
  • Log out and log back in
  • Restart your computer
  • Safari browser is currently not supported. Please make sure to view the course using Google Chrome or Firefox. They are recommended for the best training experience
  • Clear your cache. This is important if you are using a shared computer where someone may have previously taken the same course

    I finished the training but I can't print the certificate.
  • To print the certificate you must achieve the passing score as stated in the Final Quiz. If you have not achieved this, you will not be able to print your certificate. You are able to view your score(s) in 'My Course Progress' and, for most courses, you are also able to re-take the quiz until you pass.
    I printed the certificate and it has another person's name.
  • Verify that you are using your own login information by going to 'Course Progress' and verifying that your name appears on the top left corner
  • If you registered under a different name, we will not be able to make any changes after the certificate has been issued
    The screen is frozen or it is loading slowly.
