Food Manager Certification
All food establishments in California where unpackaged food is prepared, handled, or served are required to have at least one person who is a Certified Food Protection Manager.
To get your certification, you must pass an ANAB-CFP accredited exam like the ServSafe Manager Certification test.
Although training is not mandatory in California, it is highly recommended to help you pass the exam.
