We offer two ServSafe® Food Manager certification options: ServSafe In-Person or ServSafe Online

Our Online ServSafe® packages allow you to take both an online course and the ServSafe® Certification exam from the comfort of your home. You decide when to schedule the exam and get your results the same day. The test is administered online by a live proctor through ProctorU.

If you prefer to complete the process in person with an approved ServSafe® Instructor, our live class option allows you to train with a food safety expert in real time and take the ServSafe® Certification Exam after the class. This option is currently only available in the States of California, Arizona, Colorado, Illinois, Virginia, Washington DC, and Maryland.

Important: Always check with your regulatory authority for additional steps or training requirements. We do not offer Food Manager Training for food service professionals in New York City. If you work in New York City, please refer to this page, or contact the health department for more information.
