April is just around the corner, and that means eggs, chicks, and bunnies are springing up in restaurant windows to greet longer, warmer days. Did you know that April is both National BLT Sandwich Month and National Grilled Cheese Month? If you have these sandwiches on your menu, consider offering a special promotion. It’s also Jazz Appreciation Month, and I could definitely see a jazz-themed cocktail going over well at a classy bar.
