GrubHub recently conducted a study to determine what foods people were ordering through their service for the beginning of 2016. The data shows that January is the month of salads, with grilled chicken salads, chopped salads and lettuce wraps all increasing in popularity. Other healthy options like grilled chicken wraps and smoothies are also trending upward right now. The big losers for January are fatty indulgences like cheese fries, pot stickers, and pastrami sandwiches.
