There is an easy to use, efficient way for restaurant owners to compare their place to others of similar tastes. The National Restaurant Association, or NRA, uses a special system of surveying to conduct research that is gathered and used to create an RPI, or Restaurant Performance Index, that measures useful aspects of the industry market.
