Pizza here, pizza there, pizza everywhere!

We all know pizza is awesome, but you might be surprised to know just how popular it is! A report recently released by CHD Expert, a foodservice database and analytics firm based out of Chicago, contains everything you’ve ever wanted to know about pizza dining habits.

This feature by Brad Bloom at the FoodService.com blog breaks all the numbers down. There are almost 70,000 restaurants in the Pizzeria menu type category, which is 10% of all restaurants!
