Cold brew remains a hot trend

Have you tried cold brew coffee? It’s the new hot drink that may become a year-round addiction. Now nearly every big coffee player has launched a cold brew alternative to iced coffee, and small batch cold brew coffee makers are popping up nationwide. For one thing, a cold brew process extracts less flavor and caffeine than brewing coffee in hot water. So the trick is to multiply the amount of coffee used. While this approach increases the overall cost, the result is a very rich taste experience.
