People want to know how many trans fats are in their food. Many people have linked trans fats to heart problems. You have to be able to make sure that you know what you are putting in your body when you have had health problems in the past.
The FDA has been providing menu labeling guidelines for the fast food industry. The fast food industry should make a note of these guidelines and take advantage of thee needs and wants of many different customers. Customers want to eat healthier and the FDA is noticing.

The full service architecture and engineering firm Interplan LLC has opened an office in the Dallas-Ft. Worth area. The office, the firm’s fourth, is located at 9815 Manhattan Blvd, #115, Fort Worth. The office will be headed by long-time Interplan partner and architect, Truman Gee, and he hopes to extend Interplan’s comprehensive set of services to clients in Texas as well as to those located in or near the West Coast. Most independent restaurants do not teach their staff how to respond in an active shooter or similar violent situation. A study by the Foodservice Training Portal, completed in January of 2017, found that only 8% of the restaurants have any training in how to respond in such an event, even though the FBI has put out an advisory warning. Food service locations can be vulnerable because they usually have no security personnel and may have large groups of guests. Training restaurant staff in workplace violence and active shooter situations would give them a plan in the event of any of these frightening scenarios.
