A Food Allergy Wonder Woman Like No Other

Recently Carrie Anderson from Purdue University was chosen as the 2017 Best Food Allergy champion for universities at the National Restaurant Association Show in Chicago, Illinois. Since Carrie Anderson herself has been susceptible to food allergies her whole life she is happy being a advisor for students who need advice on avoiding certain foods that trigger their allergies. She has been educating people about food allergies since 2008, and has been invited to conferences every year to speak with food professionals about how they serve food.
