New York City Dominates the List of the Highest-grossing Independent Restaurants

Foodie paradise meet lucrative business venture. New York City has been ranked the highest in a list of most profitable restaurants with thirty businesses in the top 100 independent restaurants in Restaurant Business magazine. Populated areas like cities tend to bring in profits from tourism. Some of the highest grossing include the well known Carmine’s but also newly opened ones like Mario Batali’s La Sirena. Independents face different market obstacles from chain facilities and in New York City, they met the challenge.
