Hosting and Catering a Large Party at Your Restaurant

Catering a party comes with some challenges, but these tips can help you out!

First, organize a list. You have to know how many people there will be before you can plan the food and drink. Save on prep time with pre-made items and make sure you have enough equipment and staff on hand.

Design a simple menu that meets the customer’s needs, and keep portion sizes in mind. A buffet style setting offers easy access and reduced labor costs with more food choices.

Keep space in mind. If it’s a very large party, closing the restaurant for the evening may be a good idea.
