Albuquerque waitress threatened with knife for not serving pie

Recently Albuquerque Waffle House customer Ali Freeman pulled a knife out and threatened a waitress after she told him the pie he wanted after breakfast was still frozen and unavailable. When the police showed up to arrest Freeman for assault with a deadly weapon, he attacked one of the officers.

Sure, sometimes servers can’t give the customer everything he wants, but that’s no reason for violence!
