Female chefs speak on gender in the industry

There is still a lot of gender inequality in the world today, but women have been seeking more and more jobs traditionally held my men. This article from Shiftgig seeks out the thoughts and opinions of female chefs on their position in the industry.

Having and raising children is probably the biggest factor preventing women from pursuing certain demanding jobs, but those who do work as chefs find a sense of inclusiveness and they tend to support each other.
