Healthy Dishes Will Attract Customers This January

For many people, this time of year right after the holiday season is a time of cutting back, of paying for the indulgences of the holidays with strict diet regimes and New Year’s health resolutions. Perhaps this is why January is traditionally a lean month for the restaurant industry. To bring customers in the door during resolution season, try replacing some more indulgent menu items with healthy offerings that include plenty of veggies and lean protein.
