Specialty food predictions for 2015

Predictions made by the editors of Specialty Food News say consumers are seeking a richer food experience in 2015.

Specialty foods is an $88.3 billion industry, and in the coming year demand for all sorts of product features are expected to rise. People are looking for convenience, sustainability, and quality ingredients.

Improvements in fresh food delivery, alternative protein sources, elegant teas and marijuana-infused goodies are predicted to tantalize consumers in the new year.
