March saw chicken wing prices soar

Chicken wings are a customer favorite and an appetizer staple at many bars and restaurants across the country. However, prices rose dramatically this year and that has businesses exploring some different options.

Chicken breasts are currently cheaper than bone-in chicken wings, so promoting boneless wings can save your restaurant money. Buying a stash of frozen wings before prices rise again is another alternative.
