Barrel-Aging: Not Just for Wine Anymore

If you think aging alcohol in barrels is just for fine wine or hipster, old-timey spirits fads, think again. The flavor that barrel aging can evoke in any given spirit can range from vanilla and spice to a deep oaky note, and make nearly any spirit taste more unique and refined.
