A New App Brings Credibility Back to Online Reviews
Most people are aware that many restaurant review sites aren’t to be trusted; a customer having a bad day can leave an unfairly negative review about something as trivial as the color of your napkins, but it’s still out there for the world to see. This post from Tech.co details a new app that aims to bring the credibility back to online restaurant reviews by letting diners provide feedback directly to restaurants.
