Consumers want to see more restaurants go green

Sustainable practices are on the minds of many diners these days. While fast casual brands are quickly picking up on the trend, full service restaurants can reap many benefits as well.

Over 30 percent of younger restaurant goers have stated their more likely to go to restaurants that engage in sustainable practices when it comes to food and energy conservation. Some restaurants are going so far as to purchase their own farms.
