Gluten-free buns available from Culver’s

One of the biggest trends in food has been the gluten-free movement. Since gluten is present in most breads, sandwich shops have been missing out on the patronage offered by gluten-free customers. Culver’s is looking to change that with the introduction of a new gluten-free bun that can be used in place of the regular bun on all their burgers and sandwiches.

Consider adding some gluten-free options to your restaurant to appeal to customers with gluten allergies.
