Food allergies remain a big talking point in food service. When you own a restaurant, it’s your responsibility to train your kitchen and serving staff in how to handle food allergy issues and ensure the safety of all diners. There are many food allergies out there with the most common involving milk, eggs, wheat, nuts, fish and shellfish, and soy.
