Many Americans are not sushi savvy

For many people, sushi is a way of life. It’s very popular in Asian cuisine and it has become such a staple of American culture that it’s found in many grocery stores. Even so, many Americans have yet to try it, and only 62 percent of those who haven’t are willing.

This information and more statistics were revealed in a recent survey conducted by the fast casual restaurant Pei Wei.
