A study published by the Harvard Business review states that employees who trust their bosses face 74% less stress, 106% more energy at work, 50% higher productivity, 13% fewer sick days, and 76% more engagement. Here are some tips to build trust. Put in the time. Know what works. DO not just listen, but implement any suggestions they have.
