The service is now available for use on smartphones, thereby rendering Host station computers or tablets redundant. Now, restaurants’ front of the house activities can nearly all be accomplished through the quick and convenient use of a smartphone, including managing wait lines, setting up reservations, managing seating, and guest communication, among others.
