Why are you confusing customers

Poorly designed menus confuse customers and hurt their experience. Menus should be self explanatory. They should be concise and easy to read. There should be information to inform people with food allergies or special dietary restrictions like vegetarians. Also your staff must be fully trained to help customers navigate the menu and comply with special requests.
