Bon Me started as a food truck for a competition in Boston seven years ago. It has since grown to 17 locations including trucks, carts and brick and mortar stores. The restaurant is rooted in Asian cuisine, but has the unique spin of the chef on the dishes. The signature meal is the Bon Me sandwich which is there take of the Vietnamese Banh Mi. The rest of the menu includes rice bowls, noodle bowls and various protein choices.
