The V-Day Restaurant Scramble

Valentine’s Day could be considered the restaurant industry’s version of Christmas, with nearly 25 percent of American adults eating out that day. The only downside—87 percent make last minute plans or none at all. Luckily, it seems that most diners loosen up the wallets, planning to spend at least $50 for two, and for almost 25% of them, more than $100.
