Some customers have no idea how to order a beer

You can have menus on the table and a detailed chalkboard list of brews and still get asked “what beers do you have?” by your customer. Do they honestly expect you to rattle off every single beer on the menu? If only you could hand them this list of beer ordering tips from Shiftgig. Frustrated bartenders and servers unite!

At the very least, they could tell you what kind of beer they’re in the mood for. If they’re new to beer and they send it back for “tasting funny,” you should probably suggest a cider.
