Imagine you are invited to check out an amazing new restaurant that is blowing up in the local press. It is run by the culinary world’s latest it-boy and you herd that the food takes courageous and creative leaps into the future with its mix of cultural fusions and gastro-pub flare.

You enter into the chic space and the restaurant is as promised, magnificent. Your appetizer redefines how you look at scallops and your entrée of steak is as smooth as butter. You are excited to share the great news of this amazing place, but decide to stop by the bathroom before leaving.
