Boost between-meal business with beverages

Foodservice operators can build sales by leveraging the upswing in snacking by providing beverage options to the snacking population. Healthy and unusual drinks can entice consumers to buy as a snack, to add to a snack, or to add to a meal. Some options include smoothies, juices, yogurts and kefir.
