Delivery services are deterring customers from eating out

Delivery services are actually deterring people from eating out. This is according to a new study. 2413 customers were surveyed and 43 percent of them agreed that they eat out a lot less since they discovered online delivery operators. 25 percent disagreed with them. Two thirds of people preferred to use UberEats and other delivery services. There was a generational divide and younger people are much more inclined to use delivery apps compared to older people.
