Food Confusion

I’m sure you have experienced food-confusion at least once in your life. Ideally we all look for ways in which we can lead healthier lives. Whether it is increasing our exercise or decreasing our food intake, we are constantly on the search to learn the best ways to make ourselves healthy.

However, a lot of our information on food is reliant on the research that comes out about different types of food that are either harmful or beneficial for our bodies.

In one generation we thought that coconut oil was unhealthy, but then after more research, we learned that it is one of the healthiest oils for our body in a very holistic way.

At one point we thought that all vegetables were healthy, but then we realized that they have different levels of carbs and starches that may not be the best for us.
