Taco Bell ‘fast casual’ store serves beer and wine

It’s important for restaurants to test ideas and learn what their consumers want in order to stay with the times. The restaurant landscape is changing as consumers seek new dining experiences. Taco Bell is experimenting with some new ideas that are far more fast casual than quick service, including alcohol service!

After launching a few concepts overseas, customers can now enjoy a burrito and a beer at Taco Bell in Wicker Park, Illinois. If it’s successful I’m sure we’ll see more fast casual versions pop up around the nation.
