The Comeback Kid
Many of us clutched our pearls as we followed the outbreak happening in Chipotle late last year. Seeing a restaurant have to completely revamp its products, while trying to bounce back their business seemed like a harrowing task.
One of the hardest parts of the ordeal was knowing that this was a place that had a pristine reputation. Chipotle served heaping amounts of delicious tex mex food to college students, children, young adults, and busy professionals alike.
It was disheartening to see the chaos unfold, and we all rooted for them to get back on their feet. Thankfully the time has come and now Chipotle is rebounding following the outbreaks. The fast casual giant did see a decline in profits but now they are focusing on the comeback story and the margins are already starting to look good.
