This bar hires only senior citizens

Recently a bar in Spain has initiated a new hiring process that favors workers over 50 years old. Because Spain has a large unemployment problem when it comes to workers over 45, the bar Entrepanes Díaz sought that demographic specifically. They received 845 applications.

With aging baby boomers and a rocky economy, will we see a similar thing happen in the U.S.? Traditionally you see a lot of younger workers in the food service industry, but older people have more experience and are often more reliable so it’s worth considering your elderly applicants.
