Creating new menu dishes is not an easy task. You have to approach the idea equipped with market research and develop recipes, and then you have to test and retest new meals and refine them until they meet your satisfaction before serving them to your customers.

When creating a meal it’s a good idea to begin with the protein. Then plan your cooking technique and decide on seasonings. Make sure your ingredients are relatively easy to acquire and source locally as much as possible. Don’t be afraid to ask others for input and ideas!
