You know the adage, “All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy.” Researchers at Penn State University have found that play helps workers learn better. It makes perfect sense to me, but in a culture that doesn’t place an emphasizes on “fun” in the workplace, managers are generally at a loss as to how to create a work environment that is not only productive, but also fun.
