After working more than 20 years with General Electric, Brayton Knotts decided he wanted a change. He was working in Indiana and decided to move to Florida to become a franchisee for Mcallister’s Deli, He opened his first Deli in 2013, and another one in 2016. Careful consideration went into him choosing Mcallister’s deli to open. He loved the warm weather, and his family loved to dine at mcallisters deli. He shared several ways to make a successful business. He makes sure that people knows he is there. He sets up booths at festivals and event to make sure that people know about his deli. He made sure to know the people in the community as well as his fellow franchisee members. He also had support from his family who were also in the restaurant business. He also stressed ensuring that the product is great and that customer service is the number one priority.
