Technology has changed many things in our society, and one that’s quickly disappearing is our reliance on cash. Plastic cards are easier and more convenient to use, so much so to where many people rarely carry cash at all. If your restaurant operates on cash only, it’s time to make some changes or your card-taking competition will likely leave you in the dust.
