Gourmet restaurants are adopting delivery services

Traditionally pizza and Chinese eateries have dominated the delivery game, but some high class gourmet restaurants are beginning to get in on the action by using delivery services like Restaurants on the Run and Caviar. Available in eight U.S. cities, delivery service Caviar brings premium restaurant food to customer’s homes.

One of the challenges is packaging the premium food in a way that retains its quality, while also making sure their regular patrons are receiving the same treatment.
