Roaches in restaurants – what are the rules?

Bugs and food generally don’t mix (unless you’re eating them on purpose, of course). In some places, cockroaches are everywhere and extremely difficult to eradicate completely. In this Facebook post, Derek wanted to know what bars and restaurants do if a customer sees a cockroach while drinking or dining. Should they get a free meal while you call the exterminator?
