New York City Leading the Charge Against High Sodium

In an attempt to keep diners informed about the ingredients that go into their body when they eat out at restaurants, New York City will be the first city to mandate warning labels on menus and restaurant signage regarding above average sodium levels. But not everyone is on board with the new decision, with many restaurants upset with the cost involved in creating new signage.
