New Research Makes the Case for Menuing More Seafood

New research shows that consumers would like more seafood on restaurant menus. Demand is especially high among Millenials and health-conscious individuals, with 72 percent of individuals who eat more seafood now than they did two years ago doing so because of their health. This research suggests that restaurants may now improve sales by expanding options for protein on their menus.
