Food allergies are becoming more and more prevalent in our society and they are becoming a concern across all sectors of our living. Some states are not placing into use mandatory training to insure that individuals with allergies are not put at risk. Due to the issue of food allergies many establishments now have to take a proactive approach to prevent individuals from suffering health consequences.
