Efficiency, sustainability are big restaurant trends

Green practices and sustainability are rising trends in the food service industry, and the data delivered by the National Restaurant Association’s recent annual sustainability report gives a pretty clear picture of how many consumers are looking for restaurants with health in mind for both themselves and the environment.

Sustainability is all about managing things in the most efficient way possible which benefits not only the business, but consumers as well.
